The Light – Part 4

With Nita Johnson

You can listen to this message in its entirety on our website under THE PROPHETIC AND INTERCESSORS TRAINING GROUND. Each of the sessions are located there. They are entitled: THE LIGHT PART 1, 2 AND 3.

This series contains new revelations, but for a few in the past, this is a new revelation for this generation. I think, so close to being the truth would be, that a lot of what we are getting from the Lord was probably, at least in part, given to the First Church in the course of their seeking God. Then everything, as you well know, went into darkness because the earth decided that it wanted to go into sin; the Revelation of God almost ceased and the Catholic Church took over. But since the time of, you might say, the “reconciliation to the truth,” God has been giving us a steady stream of revelations and insights to prepare us, really, for the last days’ victory. We have got to know what is in us. We have got to know what He has yet to do for and through us.

I have a book that I wrote, several hundred pages—I do not know, it might be 300 or 400 pages—called Melchizedek The New Millennium Priesthood. In it is everything you would ever want to know about the Melchizedek Priesthood. Of course Dr. Chuck Metteer, who did the editing on it, told me that he thought that I should write a second book. So far I have not felt to do that, but the book is very powerful and it helps us understand some of the things that God is going to do for the Church to enable us to do the things He has created us to do.

Well, I think we have little bits and pieces of that kind of thing in all of our books, but Melchizedek is a certain stream. The Lord Himself told me face to face that I was the only one that He had given that revelation to and so He felt that it was my responsibility to make sure that it gets out, because the Church needs it. I do not know that we have probably done as well as we should have, but we have tried to get it out and it really is so enlightening.

Pastors have called me and told me they have cried all the way through. It is just a really great book about Melchizedek, not because I wrote it, but because the Lord was so incredibly involved in the writing. So you might at least get that one, and then we have other books as well. We do not charge for anything; I think we are asking that you pay for postage and that is it. Then, sit down with your coffee or tea and read and pray so that the Body will be equipped, and you too, incidentally.

So what we have been talking about the last few weeks is that Christ is Light. I am not saying that Christ is our light, although He is, and the Bible clearly defines the truth that He is our light. But what I am saying is that Christ is Light. When I go to Heaven, one thing I have learned is that the very environment, the very atmosphere, is light and because it’s light, there is incredible Heavenly song that runs through Heaven constantly; the song is being produced by light — is that not interesting? But if you look at Jesus in His transcendent glory, He is revealing Himself to you as Light: God Who is Light and God Who is the Light of the World and God Who is the Light of the Church.

I have been teaching on this for three weeks and Elizabeth came to me a few days ago and showed me something she got off of YouTube, if you can believe it. But it shows what happens in conception and it shows the seed being enjoined to the sperm and the minute that happened, because that particular seed was going to experience conception of life. The very split second that happens, light explodes between the sperm and the seed! What an incredible reality! God is trying to help the whole world understand things about Him, about the Kingdom. Christianity is not the kind of cult or religion we might see on Earth, but is actually the connection to Heaven, through Christ. It just amazes me. He amazes me in all the ways that He is going to use science to let the scientists know the truth. Isn’t that so exciting?

I have some scriptures for tonight and then I will share with you what the Lord revealed to me through these various scriptures. So let’s start at John 1, verses: 1, 8 and 9 but let me pray first.

Father, we thank You for Your goodness, for Your kindness, for Your marvelous work, for Who You are, for Who the Son is, for who the Holy Spirit is. Who You are and Who You are to us. We thank You for every revelation and for every opening of truth that has been put aside for these last days. So I ask You to connect with every one of us. With me, with our team, with the intercessors that are joining us. Connect with us Lord and help us to understand, even beyond the things that I would share. We thank You for that, in Jesus’ Name.

If you do not have paper and pen, may I suggest that you take something within arm’s reach, because I really feel that you are going to hear some things that are just going to tickle your heart and you are going to want to write it down.

John 1:8-9

He was not the Light himself, but came that he might bear witness regarding the Light. There it was—the true Light [was then] coming into the world [the genuine, perfect, steadfast Light] that illumines every person.

John1:14

14 And the Word (Christ) became flesh (human, incarnate) and tabernacled (fixed His tent of flesh, lived awhile) among us; and we [actually] saw His glory (His honor, His majesty), such glory as an only begotten son receives from his father, full of grace (favor, loving-kindness) and truth.

He came that He might bear witness regarding the Light. There it was—the true Light (Who gives light to every man) was then coming into the world. The genuine, perfect, steadfast Light that illuminates every person and therefore the Word. Christ became flesh. Human incarnate and tabernacled, He fixed His tent of flesh, lived awhile among us and we actually saw His glory, His honor, His majesty. Such glory as the Only Begotten Son receives from His Father, full of grace, favor, and loving kindness.

So whenever we hear the Bible talk about God revealing His glory, the Shekinah, it was revealed in these passages. God is Light. He does not have light, He is Light, and He is the Light for every man. He is the Light in and through Christ, who also does not have light, but He is an extension of the glorious life of the Father. The Holy Spirit, a different One that is part of the Godhead, He too, if you were to open your eyes and God would allow you to see the Holy Spirit, you would probably see Him, maybe manifested as the Shekinah, or you might see what we call a “glory cloud” in the Lord, that looks like a cloud of light.

Another manifestation might be His appearing in a form in the image of Christ. There are different ways that the Holy Spirit manifests Himself. Some people will see Him at least once in this life as God in the form of the Son, but He Himself is the third person of the Trinity. Even if you have never seen Him like that, He is as glorious as He might be if you did see Him that way and He radiates the glorious Light as a Father. Each of the Godhead has a way of revealing this aspect of Who they are. They are Spirit and they are Light. Why is that important to us? Because our human flesh is our greatest limitation. Next to our human flesh is our soul, again, with great limitation. It is really not the extender or the connector. It is God who gave us the Spirit for that, and our spirit man is light.

So why is this communication important? Just like we saw on YouTube, the sperm mating with the seed and an explosion of light, when God decides to awaken a believer, what He might do is cause His Spirit to do in the believer what He did within Mary. Not to give birth to Christ of course, because there is only One, but an explosion of light, so that you can begin to multiply understanding.

Please let me give you an example of just one of the times that this has happened to me: I was out walking in a park with my then secretary and very dear friend, Bonnie. The path we were walking on was right at two hours so each time we went, we would take a scripture card with us and I would teach her the Word based on that passage. I was teaching her out of the book of Ephesians when suddenly a flash of light came into me and I was taken to Heaven. I do not know if she saw the light or not. I was so undone during the visit to Heaven and immediately after that I just could not communicate. When I returned, we took up our walk, but I was unable to communicate with her the rest of the walk.

I have this recorded in greater detail in one of my books but for the purposes of this message, I am only going to share a snippet of it here tonight. With that flash of light, I was taken to Heaven and placed before the throne of the Lord Jesus Christ where He began to speak to me about Creation. As He spoke, out of Him flowed a fountain of liquid light. It flowed out of Him, right into me. It would come down upon my head and continue through the rest of my body. It was like an unstoppable fountain or a stream, an unstoppable stream of liquid light, which is why I could not talk when I was brought back to my body—that is assuming my body did not come with me. I never asked Bonnie what occurred while I was gone because I was so immersed in His Spirit when I returned, due to intensity of the experience.

Light, we know, is an energy and a force but it also is the essence of God. It is the essence of Jesus, and it is the essence of the Holy Spirit. So it is more than just energy. It has intelligence, it has emotion, it has life; the Bible tells us “it is truth”. So when you are receiving light from Heaven, you cannot separate the life from the truth. They are one in the same, so truth is life and life is truth and what we receive from that light is truth. So, it is a sending forth of information—the power to believe, receive, and be stimulated to a higher life.

God transfers information differently than people do. If we want to give information to people, we may speak it with our mouth, call on the telephone, send them a text, or even send them papers with the information in it. There are many things we might do to convey information. When God conveys information, the life of that information becomes light in you! But it also does something to your spirit and soul. It gives life, but in the impartation you might just end up experiencing everything He is saying. So if He is saying, “I love you,” you would experience the nature and the character of His love, because light transmits information, dimension and life in its correspondence, if you will. Light may change the entire scene before or behind you. You might find people or angels from Heaven standing right next to you, because in their light, God has revealed them.

When we get to Heaven, our bodies are light and when our physical bodies are taken to Heaven, they too will be manifest as a body of light. I have seen my brother, who went on to be with the Lord at the age of sixteen. Yet, he was much older when I saw him in Heaven, in his thirties or so and he looked like a beautiful, glorious Kenny. He did not look any different except in age and in glory.

My mother went on to be with the Lord and about three days after her passing, I wanted to say one final goodbye to her. The Lord was kind enough to let that happen, and He opened up the threshold of Heaven, and there Jesus stood holding my mother’s arm like she was His beautiful and glorious bride. Indeed, she was beautiful. My mother was very, very beautiful when she was young. She had a lot of Jewish blood, so Jewish people would look at her and know she was a sister immediately. However, when I was allowed to see her in Heaven, her beauty far surpassed anything of her youth, and she was filled with the glorious light of Christ. It was an incredible experience. I told her that I loved her and I thanked the Lord for letting me tell her that one last time. They both smiled and disappeared.

Really, the key to this particular story is that just three days after the Lord took her, the person I saw sitting in front of me did not look thirty years old, but a bit older, mature even. The maturity looked absolutely stunning on her. She had gained weight from a disease she had had, but when I saw her in Heaven, she had lights beaming out of her in every which direction. I could still clearly define her, and all that weight she had gained was gone so she was really tiny, like she was in her late twenties. Any person I have ever met in Heaven, whether an Apostle, a Prophet, a King, or a family member, they are all there in their light. They are bodies who are created in light, and communication travels in the light. You never see their mouths move because communication takes place spirit to spirit. This is all really so exciting!

We hear people come back from Heaven saying, “Everything is so beautiful up there, and the atmosphere is filled with the most incredible music I have ever heard.” Well, I think I said recently that the Lord helped me to understand that this music was actually a product of incandescence. The light of Heaven has this music, because it is so pure; music travels through it everywhere. Yet, it was not like a music concert, it is not like that at all. It is almost nondescript yet unbelievably beautiful. It is filled with the nature and character of God: love, joy, peace, etc.

In the atmosphere of light in Heaven, you feel Jesus everywhere. He may be here talking to someone and you may be, I hate to use the word “miles” (I do not know what how they refer to distance up there) but you may be a considerable distance from the person Jesus is visiting. But because His body is Light, He can manifest Himself to you as well, actually in many different places at the same time. His presence is manifested by this light that fills Heaven. In fact, you may not see Jesus right by your side but in heaven, no matter where you are, you feel Him as though He was.

When we travel to Heaven, does that mean we are walking into the brightness of the sun multiplied seven times? Is it intense every minute we are in Heaven? No. The light is like the light of daytime here on this earth. It is just there. It just fills the environment, although you do not necessarily realize you are seeing it until you see the night.

I hope I am explaining things and helping you to understand them, because you need this information. You need what God wants to do for you in respect to these days. So I definitely want you to understand, but we can only talk about each thing for so long.

Let’s move to the next scripture: John 1:4:

In Him was Life, and the Life was the Light of men.

On the walking path in Woodward Park, Jesus came to me, sitting on four different thrones, one at a time. He was the Life, the Light, the Truth, and the Love.

So for Life it is John 1:4:

In Him was life [and the power to bestow life], and the life was the Light of men.

Light is Hebrews 1:1-6:

God, having spoken to the fathers long ago in [the voices and writings of] the prophets in many separate revelations [each of which set forth a portion of the truth], and in many ways, has in these last days spoken [with finality] to us in [the person of One who is by His character and nature] His Son [namely Jesus], whom He appointed heir and lawful owner of all things, through whom also He created the universe [that is, the universe as a space-time-matter continuum]. The Son is the radiance and only expression of the glory of [our awesome] God [reflecting God’s Shekinah glory, the Light-being, the brilliant light of the divine], and the exact representation and perfect imprint of His [Father’s] essence, and upholding and maintaining and propelling all things [the entire physical and spiritual universe] by His powerful word [carrying the universe along to its predetermined goal]. When He [Himself and no other] had [by offering Himself on the cross as a sacrifice for sin] accomplished purification from sins and established our freedom from guilt, He sat down [revealing His completed work] at the right hand of the Majesty on high [revealing His Divine authority], having become as much superior to angels, since He has inherited a more excellent and glorious name than they [that is, Son—the name above all names]. For to which of the angels did the Father ever say, “You are My Son, Today I have begotten (fathered) You [established You as a Son, with kingly dignity]”? And again [did He ever say to the angels], “I shall be a Father to Him and He shall be a Son to Me”? And when He again brings the firstborn [highest-ranking Son] into the world, He says, “And all the angels of God are to worship Him.”

Truth is John 1:14:

14 And the Word (Christ) became flesh, and lived among us; and we [actually] saw His glory, glory as belongs to the [One and] only begotten Son of the Father, [the Son who is truly unique, the only One of His kind, who is] full of grace and truth (absolutely free of deception).

And then the other verse for Truth is John 8:32:

32 And you will know the truth [regarding salvation], and the truth will set you free [from the penalty of sin].”

And then 1 John 4:8:

The one who does not love has not become acquainted with God [does not and never did know Him], for God is Love. [He is the originator of love, and it is an enduring attribute of His nature.]

What we see in the person of Christ is that He was Life. Not a life, but the Life. He was Light, as we have already been sharing, in His earthly Life, and in His Heavenly Life. He is Truth; all truth is found in Christ. Without Him, there is no hope of truth. And then finally, He is Love.

He appeared to me on a throne. The first day our most Holy King came as Life. The second day He came as Light. The third day He came as Truth. And on the fourth day He came as Love, and you might wonder, how can Jesus come as Love? We know that He was Love. We know that He loved like none other. But how can He come as Love? How can He come and portray Truth? Well, if you have heard any of my messages before, when I am discussing specific revelation that He actually came to me to impart to me, I have discussed these very questions in those teachings. When He comes as Life, He still looks like Jesus, but what emanates from Him is God’s Life, which is His Life. He is the Son of God. When He is revealing light, He shines in His glory and His glory is brilliant light! When these visits would come, it was always the same place on the path. In each visit I felt everything I was seeing, so I could explain it to you if you were standing right beside me.

So, when He came as Truth (it is really hard to explain this, but I am going to try, just a tiny bit) when He came to me as Truth, it was not as though I saw scripture traveling through His body, but yet you could see all truth in Him. I do not know how to explain it beyond there, but it is so true. It is like, you see, I cannot even say eternal truth, because the implication of truth in eternity seems to speak to a beginning and an end but there is no beginning, nor an end! And so, there is this truth that is—I need a university word probably to explain it—but truth is revealed in such a way that it is living in you! All truth! Not some truth! There is no lie, darkness, or deception in Him. No shadow in His turning. He cannot lie. He is all Truth because Christ is all Truth. If He wants you to understand what that means, He is going to let you experience what it means to be in the presence of all Truth and believe me, it is unfathomable!

Love—that is probably the easiest to explain. Christ came to me as Love. He does not have love, He is Love. Love that is so far beyond the love of this world and the glorious love of Heaven that says everything a human being could ever think they needed. It is more than perceptible; He will manifest it to you so that you can feel it. You can feel the nature and the character of Divine Love. It has no beginning, no end. It is not soft like a marshmallow, rather, it’s strong and solid like Gibraltar, immovable and it cannot be shaken. It is full of mercy, kindness, gentleness, goodness, purity, holiness, and righteousness.

Remember when Jesus had been with the Disciples for so long and then one day, He took the three, you might say, of His closest confidants, up to the Mount of Transfiguration and there He became transfigured before them. What was He transfigured into? He was transfigured into His Godhood, which temporarily swallowed up His humanity, He was Light. They were seeing His Heavenly revelation before them. I have seen and experienced His earthly revelations in various forms and fashions, many times. But I have also experienced His Heavenly revelation many times and as I look back now, I think, “How many of those things were given so that I could explain what I am trying to explain tonight?”

In His Light, we know all things. We feel all things. We experience all things. Now that is not naturally manifested to us; there may be a little piece here, a little piece there, but we could not bear to have the whole thing revealed to us at once. It would be too much. However, it is where Jesus walks both here on Earth and in Heaven.

Now, what does this have to do with you and me? God has a predetermined season that He is going to call up those who have let Him recreate them into vessels of light on the inside. When you get saved, you automatically experience His glory, His light. But there is a small portion that is given to you, because quite frankly, if He did more, you would explode. Our human bodies have to be built up to embrace and accept and not be hurt by these Divine revelations. He is Truth, He is Light, He is Life, He is Love, and when you are in the middle of all of this, all at once, you are on fire. I have had times where, if you looked at me, that is what you would see—a pillar of fire. It has happened in services where people have come up to me and told me how they saw me; sometimes it is my whole head on fire. Sometimes, very rarely, but there have been times when it has been my whole being like a pillar of fire. There have been times, in our services in the Gatherings, where Heavenly Saints will come to us to help us in the warfare but they come as pillars of fire. Is that not incredible? It keeps me ever remembering that God’s intercessors are pillars in the earth, pillars that keep the earth at a certain level of stability, so when I am looking out and I see these pillars coming in, I think, well, that is our future and that is how we will sometimes look. The Book of Psalms speaks of angels that are pillars of fire.

This is really an exciting study. It is energizing and faith-building. But think about this, think about the day that the Lord says, “The new wave is going to begin,” and He begins to manifest the light, life, truth and love that He has been working on in willing vessels for years. When that vessel reveals the Light of God, people will look at them and say, “Oh wow! I can hardly bear to look at him/her, but this is what truth would look like. This is what life would look like, maybe in Heaven.”

It is going to begin to pour out new waves of revelation into the earth for the purpose of saving souls. These people will be highly anointed with authority, and is there a designated number? I would say, no! I would say, He may have foreknowledge of how many will let Him do this work, but it is foreknowledge. It is not the limitation of His knowledge, if you understand what I am saying.

John 8:12

12 Once more Jesus addressed the crowd. He said, I am the Light of the world. He who follows Me will not be walking in the dark, but will have the Light which is Life.

John 12:35, 36

35 So Jesus said to them, You will have the Light only a little while longer. Walk while you have the Light [keep on living by it], so that darkness may not overtake and overcome you. He who walks about in the dark does not know where he goes [he is drifting].

God is creating us, recreating us. It really is an on-going process, which the Bible indicates at the very essence of its wording, what He is making us. We are becoming the Sons of Light, and as the light creates the wholeness of our new inner nature, my dear friends, I have seen my own soul and the way it is going to look on that day and it is like a furnace of fire that you might smelt steel in. The steel will burn until it literally becomes a fiery liquid and the blacksmith can see his own image in it as though he were looking in a mirror—that is what I saw my soul to be. It was light, filled with light from top to bottom and in that light was the knowledge of God. Man wants you to keep your knowledge limited to the things of the earth. They will go to no expense to make sure everyone they want to see illuminated with earthly wisdom can have that instead. Unfortunately, it is so far below the glorious wisdom, knowledge, understanding and truth that is found in Christ, that there is no comparison. The soul that is filled with earthly knowledge is almost devoid of light, but the soul that is fulfilled with Divine knowledge and revelation is filled with light, and that light looks like fire!

1 Corinthians 13

If I [can] speak in the tongues of men and [even] of angels, but have not love (that reasoning, intentional, spiritual devotion such as is inspired by God’s love for and in us), I am only a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal.

And if I have prophetic powers (the gift of interpreting the divine will and purpose), and understand all the secret truths and mysteries and possess all knowledge, and if I have [sufficient] faith so that I can remove mountains, but have not love (God’s love in me) I am nothing (a useless nobody).

Even if I dole out all that I have [to the poor in providing] food, and if I surrender my body to be burned or in order that I may glory, but have not love (God’s love in me), I gain nothing.

Love endures long and is patient and kind; love never is envious nor boils over with jealousy, is not boastful or vainglorious, does not display itself haughtily.

It is not conceited (arrogant and inflated with pride); it is not rude (unmannerly) and does not act unbecomingly. Love (God’s love in us) does not insist on its own rights or its own way, for it is not self-seeking; it is not touchy or fretful or resentful; it takes no account of the evil done to it [it pays no attention to a suffered wrong].

It does not rejoice at injustice and unrighteousness, but rejoices when right and truth prevail.

Love bears up under anything and everything that comes, is ever ready to believe the best of every person, its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, and it endures everything [without weakening].

Love never fails [never fades out or becomes obsolete or comes to an end]. As for prophecy (the gift of interpreting the divine will and purpose), it will be fulfilled and pass away; as for tongues, they will be destroyed and cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away [it will lose its value and be superseded by truth].

For our knowledge is fragmentary (incomplete and imperfect), and our prophecy (our teaching) is fragmentary (incomplete and imperfect).

10 But when the complete and perfect (total) comes, the incomplete and imperfect will vanish away (become antiquated, void, and superseded).

Galatians 5:22, 23.

22 But the fruit of the [Holy] Spirit [the work which His presence within accomplishes] is love, joy (gladness), peace, patience (an even temper, forbearance), kindness, goodness (benevolence), faithfulness, 23 Gentleness (meekness, humility), self-control (self-restraint, continence). Against such things there is no law [that can bring a charge].

So here we have the nature and character of God. The passage in Galatians is often called the Fruits of the Spirit, but really it is the Fruits of God. That would be a truer thing to say—the fruits of God that He will make in our spirit. But here, we also see love in the nature and character of God. That love produces the Light of God, the Truth of God, and the Life of God. They are busy, every single moment, working toward the end of creating in us a temple of righteousness. Their hope is that they will be able to create a temple of righteousness that is so pure, so absolute, that we will become a mature son of light.

How does a person act that lives there? Look at Jesus. You can look at Moses. You can look at Elijah, Elisha, or Enoch. We do not really see much of Enoch and his personality and his doings, but as you look through the Bible and you discern who made union and who did not, you can look at the nature and character that is articulated through the Word to see someone who walks in complete life, complete truth, complete life, and complete love. This person is in complete union of Christ. They will be people that are of value to this world. They will be of the highest value that a human being could ever hope for, or hope to be. They will walk in Heaven’s authority, which is much different than the Church has experienced. Maybe Moses would be a good example of that, but not many others. It is because it has not yet been the season.

We are coming into the season where God wants to release Heaven’s authority. That is so different than anything you can see in the Church today that it is going to boggle your mind, but with joy. You may be boggled, but you are going to be happy. This thing is coming, and it will probably come in our lifetime. It may not, but I think it will. I want to help you know how to be ready for it as well as what is going to come with it. So be patient, stay with us. Thanks for joining us. Thank you for listening!

In Him,
